St. France's Church: This is a prominent Catholic church located near Subhash Chowk in Dalhousie. The St. Francis Church was constructed in 1894 by the Army and Civil Officers. The church is well-known for its beautiful Victorian-era architecture and multicoloured Belgian glass decorations. The church remains open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and offers calm and solitude to everyone.

St. John's Church: Constructed in Gothic and British architecture style, this church is a historic landmark located near Gandhi Chowk in Dalhousie. Built by Protestant missionaries in 1863, the church is surrounded by lush green pine trees. The calm and solitude atmosphere of the church is the key attraction for tourists.

Indo-Tibetan Market: The bustling and vibrant market is located near Gandhi Chowk, offering a unique shopping experience for visitors. Tibetan vendors in the market offer their traditional handicrafts such as thangkas (scroll paintings), carpets, rugs, and wooden artefacts. You can shop from an extensive variety of souvenirs and woollen clothes such as shawls, jackets, and more.

Panchpula: It is a picnic spot located just 3.5 kilometres from Dalhousie, offering a small waterfall and a 1000-metre zipline. The name "Panchpula" literally translates to "five bridges," referring to the confluence of five streams that form the waterfalls. A memorial dedicated to the freedom fighter Sardar Ajit Singh is located near Panchpula. It is a refreshing location where you can spend a good time with your loved ones.

Ganji Pahadi: The trek to Ganji Pahadi starts from Panchpula. Since there's no trees on the top of the hill, giving it a bald appearance. This is the reason for its name, "Ganji," a word used by North Indians for baldness. Ganji Pahari offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. The trek to Ganji Pahari is moderate and takes about 1-2 hours.

Jalpa Mata Temple: The ancient temple is located near Rock Garden in Devi Dehra, nearly 15 kilometres from Dalhousie. The temple is dedicated to Jalpa Mata, a goddess incarnated from the water kept in a vessel, as per local folktale. A Nagdevta temple is also located near Jalpa Devi temple. You can visit this serene place to enjoy folktales and take blessings from the goddess.

Chamera Lake: You can move towards a giant blue lake, located around 8 kilometres from Jalpa Mata temple. The Chamera Dam and the Lake offer amazing landscape, including the Manimahesh Kailash in the frame. You can enjoy boating in the lake, which may cost you around Rs. 400-500 per person.

Pohlani Mata Temple trek: The trek starts from Dainkund, which is nearly 12 kilometres from Dalhousie en route to Khajjiar. The total length of the easy trek is 5 kilometres, and it offers amazing views of further Himalayan valleys. The temple on the top is dedicated to Goddess Pohlani, a goddess worshipped by locals. The trail to Pohlani Mata Temple feels so soothing due to meadows and serene landscapes.

Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary: Also known as Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary, this serene place is a wildlife retreat located nearly 11 kilometres from Dalhousie. The sanctuary offers a peaceful and enchanting atmosphere thanks to the thick deodar and pine forests. You might encounter various wildlife species like the Himalayan black bear, ghoral, barking deer, leopard, grey langur, and numerous bird species.

Khajjiar: Often called the "Mini Switzerland of India," Khajjiar is the most captivating attraction near Dalhousie. This dreamlike destination is characterised by its meadows and lush green pine forests. In winter, Khajjiar transforms into a magical wonderland as it experiences heavy snowfall, turning the landscape into a stunning white canvas.
