How to reach Valley of Flowers:

By Air: Jolly Grant Airport (DED) is the nearest airport in Dehradun that opens doors to reach Valley of Flowers. Dehradun Airport has excellent connectivity to other leading airports in India.

By Train: Rishikesh and Dehradun are the nearest railway stations and gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas. Trains are easily available to both Rishikesh and Dehradun from all the main cities of the country, connecting various small towns in between.

By Road: It is a complete one-day drive from Rishikesh to Govindghat that is nearly an overall 270 km run via Rudraprayag and Joshimath. The road conditions are always unpredictable due to the Himalayan region, so it may take more than one day due to landslides and traffic jams.
